We are exclusively compensated  based on the success of our mission and for this we have defined two types of relationships:

 

For non-exclusive mandate, fees are:

 

2.5% (including 20% VAT) on properties up to 1M€

2% (including 20% VAT) on properties above 1M€

 

For exclusive research mandate, fees are reduced to: 

 

2% (including 20% VAT) on properties up to 1M€

1.5% (including 20% VAT) on properties above 1M€
