Our vision of the real estate market

In 2019, the Paris real estate market is still very tense and prospects are still largely positive, helped by extremely favorable financing conditions.

 

Real estate agents continue to have a very bad reputation and unfortunately it is still very often founded.

 

The real estate agent, who is generally mandated by the owners to manage and represent their interests as best as possible in the context of the marketing of real estate, is most often in a conflict of interest which prevents him from working exclusively in the interest of its customers.

 

An agent who finds a potential buyer through his network cannot logically negotiate for both the buyer and the owner who have de facto opposing interests.
